Delivery

We offer local delivery throughout Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. Local deliveries are typically made Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Shipping

We proudly ship throughout the United States and to select international destinations. Shipping options and transit times are displayed during checkout. All orders are packed and shipped within one business day of being received.

Allergen Information

Many of the products we offer are produced in facilities that also process peanuts, tree nuts (including almonds, cashews, walnuts, and coconut), milk, eggs, wheat, soy, and other common allergens.

Because ingredients and manufacturing practices may vary by product, we encourage customers with food allergies or dietary concerns to review each product's ingredient list carefully or contact us before placing an order.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped.

If you need to modify or cancel your order before it ships, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.

Every order is carefully packed to help ensure it arrives in excellent condition. If your shipment is damaged in transit or arrives with an issue, please contact us promptly so we can work with you to find an appropriate solution.
